Well, It’s Easy!

However, there are some things we DON’T want you to do:

1. We DON’T want you to try to send them through the website. The only way we accept print requests is by e-mail, at: printshop@medfordbuilders.com.
2. DON’T try to call a print request in over the phone. Even if you sent us the print request before, there’s no need to send the documents again. Just send the request so we can print out the order in our shop.

Now, for some DO’S:

1. We DO want you to attach the file you’d like us to print – UNLESS it is something we already have, either a previous job, or something that is in our online planroom. If we have it, just tell us what to print in an e-mail.
2. We DO want you to check your e-mail shortly after sending your request. We will respond with a time to pick up your order, or with questions about your request. If your request isn’t answered, we will not print your order. Stay close to your e-mail. It will make all of our days go smoother.
3. We DO not mind if you send over an entire file, even if you only want a few pages. Just tell us the ones you want, and we can pick them out quickly for you.
4. DO ask questions. It’s ok to call if you’re not sure. Our number is 541-773-5327. The sooner you get the answers you need that faster you get your order printed.
